Throughout his career, Derrick has blended big-picture thinking with tactical execution. His background spans agencies, startups and leadership roles in both corporate and nonprofit settings. This gives him a rare perspective on how to align business goals with real-world action.

Outside of work, Derrick is a systems thinker who is happiest when building something—from better workflows to a more consistent golf swing. A longtime fan of anything with two wheels, he grew up racing BMX and motocross and still remembers the rush of greasing a berm or landing clean on the backside of a triple. These days, that thrill shows up in the rare but deeply satisfying moment of a long drive that finds the fairway.
